What happens next
| Request | What we do | When |
|---|---|---|
| Do not sell or share / limit sensitive information | Recorded on your record. Nothing changes in practice, because we don't sell or share and don't collect sensitive information — but the preference is kept and honored if that ever changes. | Immediately |
| Stop marketing contact | The phone number and email you give us go on our permanent do-not-contact list; any active follow-ups are cancelled. You may still get a reply to something you sent us or a confirmation of a callback you booked. | Automated channels immediately; every channel within 10 business days |
| Access or correct | We confirm the request is yours (usually by replying to the email or text on file), then send a summary of what we hold or make the correction. | Within 45 days; we'll tell you if we need up to 45 more |
| Delete | We stop all contact immediately, then delete your prospect record. We keep the minimum needed to honor the deletion itself and to prove we complied with consent and do-not-call rules, as the law allows. | Contact stops immediately; deletion within 45 days |
We will never treat you differently for making a request. If we decline any part of a request we will say why, and you can appeal by replying to our answer. Appeals are answered within 45 days; if we deny an appeal, we will tell you how to reach your state attorney general or privacy regulator.
Browser signals and cookies
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no on-site opt-out toggle to set. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share information collected through that browser. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
